The Squat Lobster

Like a fish, but not. 

This board was centered around my own wants from something I couldn't find anywhere else right now. Many boards and resulting models are customer driven, but this one I designed through my own mental wrangling of a concept I wasn't sure I needed but I think I wanted. Esoteric stuff aside, this is a board that is short, and wide, but has the rocker and rail of something more aggressive. I wanted to keep it short to keep that swing weight low and foam beneath you, so you can make accurate adjustments on steep sections or in the barrel. The 2+1 fin setup also means you can ride it as a single (to keep it pivot-y), or with side bites (to stay more engaged with wave face. the bottom is flat, with a little vee through the tail to keep it carving well. its a bit different, but will liven up your surfing in a variety of conditions. give it a go. see what happens. 

Designed for waves 1-8 feet. Like all models, it can be customized to rider request. Can be suitable for step up conditions, if you finesse the hell out of it. Most riders will enjoy one in about their own height to 5 inches shorter, depending on wave choice.
